Complaints
Send any complaint concerning your purchase to the seller indicated in the order confirmation. Provide the order number, a description of the problem and your request. A voluntary form cannot limit your statutory rights.
Withdrawal from a distance purchase
As a rule, a consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract: for a printed book, the period runs from its receipt, and for digital content — from the conclusion of the contract. Exceptions and detailed information obligations depend on the type of performance. See the UOKiK (Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) information and the terms of the specific order.
Important for e-books
The right of withdrawal for paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium may be lost only if the statutory conditions are met: the consumer's prior express consent to the start of supply, the consumer being informed of the loss of the right and acknowledging it, and the provision of a confirmation of the contract.
