01 / ABOUT THE BOOK

There is no single
path to success.
There is your own.

“Mentalność Sukcesu — Polish Businesswomen” is a project bringing together 56 women and a variety of perspectives on success. Its strength lies in personal experiences: the challenges, breakthroughs, decisions and lessons learned in business.

The authors include entrepreneurs, leaders, mentors, and experts in law, finance, education, health, technology and personal development. They present different perspectives on building a company, working with people and finding their own place.

It is also a book about what remains outside the official success story: doubts, changes of direction, setting boundaries and regaining trust in yourself. Alongside the personal stories you will find values, mottos and advice drawn from the authors’ practice.

You don’t have to repeat someone else’s path. You can explore different perspectives and choose what aligns with your goals.

04 / BEHIND THE PROJECT

The book is the beginning.
Relationships shape the future.

Mentalność Sukcesu is an ecosystem of business collaboration, exchange of experience and conscious personal brand development. It brings together 56 women around a shared idea: strengthening entrepreneurship through relationships, knowledge and mutual support.

The project creates a space where a personal story becomes the starting point for a conversation about skills, experience and opportunities to work together. The book lets you get to know the women behind the brands and the values that guide them in business.

At the heart of it all are long-term relationships and care for the personal brand: a consistent image, credible communication and presenting knowledge and experience in a way that builds trust. It is an approach based on authenticity, quality of collaboration and mutual respect.

RELATIONSHIPS

Business collaboration

Getting to know the skills of other entrepreneurs, exchanging perspectives and looking for areas where working together can bring value to both sides.

IMAGE

A personal brand with a solid foundation

Presenting your story, specialisation and values. Ensuring consistency between what you communicate and the quality of your everyday work.

GROWTH

Knowledge that connects

Sharing experiences and learning from women across different industries. Building a community where you can inspire one another and discover new opportunities.
