Renata Fijałkowska

Psychologist, career coach, career counsellor and project manager. She heads the Oświęcim branch office of the Regional Labour Office in Kraków. She is president of the Instytut Edukacji i Rozwoju (Institute of Education and Development) foundation and of the DIALOG Foundation for Social Development and Prevention. Oświęcim City Councillor. Participant in the AWSB Doctoral Seminar, where she focuses on developing future competencies and discovering talent, with an emphasis on neurodiversity.

She combines psychological expertise with a business approach, promoting cross-sector cooperation and implementing innovative strategies. Her mission is to build open, sustainable communities ready for the challenges of tomorrow, based on future competencies. Member of the Board of the Polish Women Chamber of Commerce, Europe's first chamber of commerce bringing together women entrepreneurs, where she co-creates the Department of Emotional and Mental Health.
