Controller and contact
Polish Women Chamber of Commerce, Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa, Poland; KRS 0001168011, NIP 5273164312, REGON 541731147. For matters concerning personal data, write to biuro@polishwomenchamber.pl.
Scope of the website
This document applies to the “Mentalność Sukcesu” website. We present the publication and the biographies and photographs of the authors and partners. The website contains no form, newsletter or shopping cart of its own. The purchase button leads to the external Naffy service. Clicking does not place an order or give marketing consent. Order and payment data are entered on Naffy under the notices of the seller identified in the offer and the platform’s rules. See buyer information, complaints and withdrawal.
Data processed while browsing
The infrastructure serving the website may process your IP address, request time, page address and browser data to deliver content and protect against abuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in website availability and security. Technical data are needed to handle the connection; logs may be retained for as long as necessary to maintain security and investigate incidents. The website code contains no analytics or advertising tools. Browsing does not require an account or login.
Cookies and browser storage
The website code does not store cookies or localStorage data and does not embed videos, maps or social plug-ins. We use no optional analytics or advertising tools and therefore do not display a consent banner for such tools. Delivering the website involves technical browser operations, such as caching; this is not consent to tracking. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser. Clicking a Naffy link takes you away from this website; that external service may use its own cookies under its own rules.
Correspondence and published profiles
A message sent to the Chamber includes the data provided by the sender and is used to handle the matter. The biographies and portraits come from the publication materials or materials submitted to the project. We do not publish the authors' contact details. The purposes and legal bases of processing are described in detail in the PWCC information clause (GDPR).
Recipients and infrastructure
To the extent necessary, data may be handled by hosting, security and email providers, persons authorised by the controller and competent authorities. There is no single transfer mechanism stated for all providers: any processing outside the EEA depends on the particular service. Where the controller transfers data outside the EEA, Chapter V GDPR conditions must be met, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, depending on the recipient and circumstances. Contact biuro@polishwomenchamber.pl for information about recipients and safeguards relevant to your matter. Naffy is an external link, not an embedded form or checkout on this website.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. The right to data portability applies in the cases set out in the GDPR. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Template and updates
The current version is available on this page. We update it when website functions or data processing practices change.
