“A year ahead in maturity, two years back for longevity” is the motto that guides me in business and as a promoter of natural, proprietary methods of health and beauty prevention. For 20 years I have been involved in the professional cosmetics industry. I create the recognisable Biosensual brand of natural cosmetics and candles for aromatherapy and massage. I run individual and group programmes, teaching people how to recognise the body's signals in order to live in harmony, enjoy longevity and build well-being.

My proprietary methods combine psychosomatics, aromatherapy and personal development with business success. I work with top cosmetics brands in Poland and abroad, and my experience led to the creation of the Institute of Longevity and Beauty in Dubai, which I manage today. I support women in reading their body's needs as a tool for personal transformation and achieving financial prosperity. The most important values that guide me are truth, love, quality, professionalism and family.
