Ewa Warth

Leader, mentor, entrepreneur. I own one company and co-own a second company in Germany. I am a leader, mentor and source of inspiration whose mission is to build bridges between women all over the world. I believe that together we can achieve everything we dream of – in business and in life alike. I work in the international RIWAY team, seeing in this community not only business potential but also a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.

I have travelled across almost all of Europe, as well as the USA, South America, Africa and Asia. I lived in Spain, learning the language and immersing myself in the local culture. I invest long term in a range of assets, believing in the value of allocating capital wisely. I support entrepreneurs by offering advisory and office services and business brokerage between Polish and German companies in the construction sector. I believe that success is a harmony between matter and energy, action and intuition.

I co-create the KOBIETA W MOCY (Empowered Woman) project – October campaigns for mental and emotional health. I am an Ambassador of the Polish Women Chamber of Commerce and PR Director of Smarter Change International Mentoring Academy, where I am responsible for book projects.
