Patricia Claudia Mitro

Patricia Claudia Mitro is a lawyer, a global women's leadership mentor, an ICI-certified coach, a career advisor and a mentor in trading and financial intelligence. She was born on 4 August 1988 in Rzeszów. She completed doctoral seminars and postgraduate studies in career counselling at the Academy of Social and Medical Sciences in Lublin.

For almost two decades she has been creating initiatives that support women's economic development and their participation in international business. As President of the Polish Women Chamber of Commerce, she represents women entrepreneurs and develops cooperation with public administration, the diplomatic community, chambers of commerce and academia. She initiated the Global Women Chamber of Commerce, connecting businesswomen, investors and institutions across borders and supporting international expansion.

She is the founder and editor-in-chief of the global business magazine Business Women IMPACT and the creator of Polish Women Chamber TV. She has delivered more than 150 business, educational, publishing and social initiatives, reaching over 100,000 women. As CEO of GLOBAL WOMEN INVESTMENT, MEDIA & INSURANCE GROUP, she develops projects that combine business, media, technology and strategic communication, including building premium personal brands for women experts and leaders.

She is a co-author of national reports on ESG and civil defence, and the author of the books “Przestań czekać – zacznij żyć” (Stop Waiting – Start Living) and “Przewodnik do spełnionego życia: 50 metod i ćwiczeń” (A Guide to a Fulfilling Life: 50 Methods and Exercises). In 2022 she received the Equality Leader distinction, awarded by Forbes Women and the British Embassy for promoting equality and empowering women. She is a member of the National Presidium of Women's Councils.

In her mentoring on investing, trading and financial intelligence, she promotes responsible wealth building grounded in education, risk awareness and long-term thinking. She considers perseverance her greatest personal achievement: overcoming adversity, turning hardship into strength and building a future aligned with her own values. She speaks Polish, English and Slovak.
