Aleksandra Marcinkowska

PhD in management science. Vice-President of the international Polish Women Chamber of Commerce (PWCC). Owner of 6 foreign companies. Entrepreneur with 25 years of international experience. Business strategist, trainer, speaker, lecturer, mediator, and editor of texts and books. Author and co-author of books for the DIALOG of Transformation® international educational programmes. Co-author of books, expert reports, articles, publications, reports and research studies.

She has trained more than 18,000 people worldwide, working with over 600 organisations. She assesses people’s potential using the DISC tool, designing strategic processes in companies. She co-led workshops for Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, in Bradford, UK. Co-owner of the UK publishing house SMARTER CHANGE PUBLISHING. She has written 2 books in collaboration with Brian Tracy and other co-authors. She graduated from the faculty of economics and management and completed 6 postgraduate programmes, including psychotraumatology.

She is currently in the final semester of journalism studies. Together with her husband and children, she co-runs KAM SMART, a company specialising in steel structures.
