Dorota Lightman

As a certified mental coach, business mentor and neuromarketing expert, for almost 30 years I have been helping to solve complex challenges by creating effective marketing strategies. Having lived in the United Kingdom for nearly 20 years, I deliver European and intercontinental projects. Individual clients and global brands such as Visa, Santander and City of London corporations value the effectiveness of my training and mentoring. Drawing on my experience as an entrepreneur and investor, I created an academic programme implemented at universities in Poland and the United Kingdom, in which I combine neuroscience with practice.

In my specialist mentoring programme for women I work in three key areas – business, relationships and body – ensuring integrated, lasting results. I help people push boundaries – in business and in life – showing that success begins with initiative and the courage to follow your own path. As a paraglider pilot and scuba diver, I inspire others to act with precision and courage.
