Adela Kozina

MSc Eng. specialising in public administration management systems. She completed postgraduate studies in public procurement, mediation, and psychological and pedagogical training with elements of didactics. For over 20 years she has worked in regional self-government, where she gained experience in building regional strategy and implementing programmes aimed at rural development. She currently heads the administration department at the Marshal’s Office.

Owner of a training company. Certified Extended DISC consultant. She helps women discover and develop their talents and build self-esteem and self-confidence. A specialist in communication and in a holistic approach to resolving problem situations. She supports and guides women on their path of conscious development, using the Extended DISC tool. Originator and co-founder of the “DIALOG” Mediation Centre.

Member of the Board of a foundation supporting dialogue and member of the audit committee of the Polish Women Chamber of Commerce (PWCC).
