Joanna Pociask

Right after my secondary-school final exams, I set about developing professionally in a range of industries: catering, clothing, jewellery, construction, and sporting goods and apparel; I managed a retail chain sales team, owned a beauty salon, and worked as an inspector and employee at an IT software house. Today, as an entrepreneur, I am co-owner of DD1 Software House, an IT company. In the company I work across marketing in the broad sense, and my main activity is acquiring clients for a wide range of software development projects.

By sharing my knowledge with clients, I help them grow their businesses in innovative ways, which translates into higher profits. I am an Ambassador of the Podkarpackie Women's Programme Council and a member of the Polish Women Chamber of Commerce (PWCC). I help women on their professional and personal journeys.
