Agnieszka Okołotowicz

Transformation leader, strategy architect, mentor to generations of women leaders and, above all, Mum to Agata, Amelia and Jacek. My mission is to build strong women in the business world. Women who don’t ask, “May I?”, but say, “Let’s do it better.” I mentor, support and co-create spaces where women’s leadership becomes the standard rather than the exception. For over 20 years I have always worked on the front line – as a leader, CEO, HR director and business trainer.

I have managed change, built effective teams, implemented new business models and conducted negotiations at the highest level – always with class, heart and a results-oriented mind. By education I am an economist and a graduate of the Executive MBA programme of the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development in cooperation with AIX-Marseille School of Management. By passion and vocation I am an HR leader, mentor and business trainer who teaches how to achieve goals without losing yourself along the way.
