Urszula Bule

She has been in business for 16 years. Member of the Polish Women Chamber of Commerce (PWCC), a chamber of commerce bringing together women entrepreneurs. Member of the Businesswomen's Club in Częstochowa. Co-author of the book “Mentalność Sukcesu – Polish Businesswomen”, in which she shares practical business advice, showing people the resources they have. She develops her soft and hard skills by taking part in international certified training programmes.

For 4 years she has co-run the family company Bule Słodkie Słone Ręcznie Robione with her husband, specialising in the production of high-quality food. The company's key product is its handmade, exquisite croquettes, which form the foundation of its range. The portfolio also includes premium products that meet the needs of the convenience food market. She focuses on a craft approach to production, quality control at every stage and growing the company based on a modern and authentic approach to gastronomy.

Her goal is to further expand the Bule brand, broaden its range and strengthen the company's position as a leader in the high-quality ready-meal segment.
