Recruitment and career development expert. I am an experienced recruiter specialising in filling managerial and specialist positions. I developed my skills working with renowned brands such as Mercedes-Benz and Amgen, as well as gaining hands-on experience on the recruitment agency side. I am a certified assessor for development sessions and trained at the EY Academy of Business.

I have also completed a number of career counselling courses, including the Career Consultant Course run by Career Angels, and deepened my expertise through postgraduate studies in Job Coaching at SWPS University in Warsaw. In my work I focus on partnership, creating a safe space for growth and taking on challenges. I design individual job-change strategies, help people overcome their fears of Assessment Centres and Development Centres, and run recruitment projects for clients in industries such as Life Science and Automotive.

I also work with Talent Flow to deliver top-quality recruitment services.
