Iwona A. Nitka

I am a qualified Spa & Wellness therapist, Bowen Technique therapist, massage therapist and facial therapist, and an advocate of natural care for health and women’s beauty. I live in the Portuguese Azores, where I run two businesses: one offering massage and natural therapies, the other organising small, intimate retreats for women and women who support women. I am building my own brand, PLANETA ZDROWIA Iwi Nitka, which brings together all my passions, knowledge and experience and every area of my professional work into one coherent whole.
