Anna Syska

I am a pharmacist by training, specialising in pharmaceutical care in geriatrics, a gerontologist, and a trainer of elderly-care staff and senior-care coordinators. Since 2006 I have been helping to build our family business, running the “Nasz Dom” Care and Rehabilitation Guesthouses in Kielce, while also working professionally in pharmacies as a Master of Pharmacy. I advise and support seniors in particular in managing their pharmacotherapy as well as their everyday ailments.

In 2022 I established the Gerio Integrated Care System Foundation, whose mission is to equalise access to dignified senior care. In 2024 I opened the Gerio - Med Rehabilitation and Residential Centre, which fulfilled my dream of a place where seniors would feel “better” than at home. I am committed to raising public awareness of “The economics of care – how to invest wisely in your family’s future”. The smiles of our residents and the gratitude of their families for the care and our daily work are what drive me to keep working towards creating an Integrated Care System in Poland.
