Małgorzata Stanek

I am an advocate (attorney-at-law) who combines legal precision with genuine commitment to people's affairs. I graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw and am a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Over the years I have built my professional position both in Poland and abroad. In my work I draw not only on knowledge but also on a broader, international perspective that I gained while working in Italy for several years. That Italian chapter of my life was more to me than a professional adventure.

There I worked for several law firms, serving corporate clients, investors and private individuals. It was in Italy that I learned not only local procedures and practice but, above all, a different approach to clients – one based on relationships, mutual trust and loyalty. Today I am fluent in Italian, which allows me to handle international matters and advise Italian-speaking clients operating in Poland, as well as Polish companies investing in Italy.

This linguistic and cultural fluency is a tremendous added value for my law firm. It enables me to offer comprehensive legal services in cross-border matters.
